Each evening you will find the menu on the chalkboard - for many guests the best moment of the day! The evening meal is served on the terrace, on large tables under a shady roof of wild vines. In the kitchen of Casanuova, most of the work is by hand. The various paste and pesti, the soft, melting gnocchi, of course the temptingly aromatic cakes for afternoon tea, and the daily baked breakfast rolls are all "Fatti a mano", home made. And so of course is the jam. There is a daily four course menu, with a choice of vegetarian, fish or meat dishes.
On the great marble platter in the kitchen, natural produce is weighed, chopped, filled, kneaded and moulded. The best ingredients come from our own 2,500 square metre vegetable gardens.
