Dear Guests,

even if it’s still a  long and difficult period of worldwide uncertainty in Italy as in all European countries due to the evolution of the Pandemic by Covid-19, we’d like to let You know that we are already at work to reopen Locanda Casanuova on April 2022.

So, if you are planning or just thinking of a holiday in Tuscany, you can contact us and ask about all informations with serenity and tranquility. Here nothing has changed, and the surrounding nature, even if at rest, is rich of vital lymph !                                                                                                              We are working intensively and organizing everything so as to offer and assure you the same services, the individual attention and the warm welcome that have always distinguished us.

The safety of our Guests is our priority and traveling has never been as safe as it has now become.

We and our staff are following extraordinary measures to insure a safe and clean environment in order to protect the health of our staff and all our Guests. If all of our Guests respect some simple rules as well, you will help us to make your stay better and in total safety!                                          

Given the unique current circumstances, we are offering more flexible booking options and extending the terms of our cancellation policies. This should give our individual and group customers greater peace of mind.

FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

For individual reservations with arrival between March 27 and June 4  

• The possibility of extending the validity of the booking option for a few more weeks applies, upon request directly to the Direction.
• the Locanda Casanuova will not apply any penalty for cancellation requests less than 7 days before the expected arrival date.
• Any deposits already paid ( caparra confirmatoria ) will be kept and considered valid for a new booking in the tourist seasons of 2022 and 2023.   This voucher is nominal and not transferable, and it will be no more extendable.

For individual reservations with arrival between June 5 and November 6 

Since there are actually  no further restrictive measures ordered by the Government Authority, cancellation requests will be treated according to the conditions set out in our tourist sales contract.

However, in this case as well, Locanda Casanuova might be willing to consider the amount already paid valid toward a new booking in the 2022 and 2023 tourist seasons, and it will be no more extendable.

FOR GROUPS RESERVATIONS

For group reservations with arrival between March 27 and June 4

• The group reservation will be guaranteed until 45 days before the check-in date and no penalty will be applied
• After that term, a penalty will be applied as follows:                                                                                                                                                                                     44-15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total amount will be required                                                                                                                             14 -0 days before the check-in date, 100% of the total amount will be required 

For group reservations with arrival between June 5 and November 6 
 

• The group reservation will be guaranteed until 75 days before the check-in date and no penalty will be applied                                                            
• After that term, a penalty of the total amount will be applied as follows:                                                                                                                                                  74-45 days before the check-in date: 50%                                                                                                                                                                                       44-30 days before the check-in date: 75%                                                                                                                                                                                       29- 0 days  before the check-in date: 100%     

The deposit is not refundable at any time, as established in art. 1453 of the Civil Code, without prejudice to the possibility – if both parties agree – to consider it valid for a new booking in between the following year. In case of new cancellation, the deposit will be definetely considered not refundable.
