The rights of Users
The company Locanda Casanuova S.r.l., guarantees Users of the website to be able to exercise at any time the rights provided by art. 12 of the GDPR.
In particular, Users have the right to do the following:

• Restrict the processing of their Data (Art. 18) Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of their Data. In this case, the Owner will not process their Data for any purpose other than storing it.

• Have their Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed (Art.17) Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of their Data from the Owner, withdrawing their consent previously given, at any time.

• Receive their Data and have it transferred to another controller (Art. 20) Users have the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that the Data is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on the User’s consent, on a contract which the User is part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.

Users under 18 Years old
In the communication of personal data within the website managed by the company Locanda Casanuova S.r.l., Users must obligatorily ensure the majority. The company Locanda Casanuova S.r.l. does not intend to collect any personal data of individuals under the age of eighteen.

Such notification will take place in all cases, unless it is unlikely that the personal data breach presents a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. If the breach of Personal Data is likely to present a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, Locanda Casanuova S.r.l. will take care to inform you of the breach without undue delay.
