We do not use any herbicides, pesticides or non-organic fertilizers.
From the grapes for our wine to the olives from which the oil is extracted, to the vegetables that find the right value in our kitchen. Manual work and attention to the moon phases and small details in cultivation characterize our agricultural work. We follow a natural approach to winemaking, wild yeasts and low interventions for wines which are the true expression of our territory.
